New Season Update

The club season began with the opening of the green on Saturday 5th April with the club champion for 2024 rolling the first bowls of the season. This was followed by a freindly roll-up session with a good number of members playing for the afternoon.

The subsequent weeks saw two friendly matches both home and away between Totnes and Newton Abbot to get things started for the season. A further friendly match was played away at 'The Den' and at home against Madeira.

Competitive play was an early start this season with the club's men's team playing their first match on 1st May in the 'County Trophy' against Babbacombe. Although a tight game in dwindling light Totnes came out the overall winners on shot difference and will proceed to the next round.

The full league season for all teams with competitions in the MDL leagues three and four, SDl league, Over 55's league and the Riveira League all begin in earnest from week commencing 5th May.
